"This is a beautiful hotel. Our "family" room was very spacious and kept very clean by the housekeeping. The pools are gorgeous, and we also appreciated the beach area and swimming off the dock. The views are fantastic. Breakfast was great and the staff were very professional."

"Our last night in Malpensa was the most comfortable. In all the other hotels across Europe, it was hit or miss if they had air conditioning in the room. We wanted a good night sleep without waking up in a sweat. This was one of the few hotels that had air conditioning in the room as well as the public areas.
In addition, we were picked up from the airport after taking the train from Milan Grand Centrale Station and taken back to the airport the following morning. It is a short ride to the airport with a 5 Euro fee, each way, per person.
The message sent prior to our stay outlining the procedure for the ride was helpful and everything was smooth. The staff were helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"Very nice hotel on the lakeside that i have stayed at before around 10 years ago & it didn't disappoint to return to, very nice helpful staff throughout the hotel, lovely location, nice room, great breakfast, great kids play room with so many toys,gym & pool area good,pinsa in the restaurant was amazing, disappointed to leave & so was my 5 year old great granddaughter who said we should of stayed 10 days. Great location"
